Terms and Conditions

TURNAROUND:

For all orders, please allow a minimum 2-4 business days for order processing PLUS the specified shipping time, unless an item it is out of stock. If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise via email or phone. Please note, however, that during our busy times, orders can take slightly longer. We make every effort to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! Expedited shipping is also available for an extra charge.

SHIPPING:

For our retail and wholesale customers, we use both UPS Ground and the United States Post Office depending on the size of the order and the selected shipping method. There is a $3.50 processing and handling fee and then an additional shipping fee.

DELIVERY:

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation (usually no signature required) with carrier proof of delivery. Any Random Jane assumes no responsibility for packages not received so please ensure that you ship to a secure location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are subject to the destination country's customs duty upon arrival and international customers are responsible for any duty payable.

RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note there are no refunds for shipping charges. If a return is authorized, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please call or email within 48 hours to discuss any claims regarding damaged product due to the freight carrier so we can address the problem, process the return and either refund the customer or send out new product.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Orders may not be cancelled anytime after production of the order begins.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders being paid for by a credit card will be charged when the order is placed to verify credit card information. Any declined card orders will be cancelled and you will be notified.
