What makes your products different? The truth is, there doesn't seem to be much out there like what we offer. We have created the first line of eco-chic laminated, reusable and (often) reversible photo mats, place cards and tags. Instead of buying a picture frame and being stuck with it, our mats can be changed as your mood strikes.  Just pop one into any frame of the same size, in front of a picture, and you have a whole new look. (We think simple, unadorned frames work best - like the acrylic frames sold on our site.) Flip any of our mats over to see a different pattern. Unlike other mats that require you to buy a frame larger than the mat, our mats are designed to fit into a frame of the same size as the mat. You can buy our frames or use any frames you already own. If you're like us, you already have lots of frames but would love the chance to spruce them up. Any Random Jane has answered your call. Same with our tags - use them to label a gift, a basket or a piece of luggage. And if you change your mind or want to write something different, just erase and repeat. So easy.

We have also just launched our new line of Wall Art: colorful phrases and rhymes that look fantastic on their own and even better in a group. They are easy to mix and match and can be coordinated with our photo mats for a room that looks colorful and "finished".

How are your products reusable? Well, our PHOTO MATS, TAGS and PLACE CARDS are not only laminated, but durable, so you can use them again and again for years to come. And you can customize them with a message. Simply use a dry-erase marker to write a note, message or label - and then erase it when you need to start over. For a more permanent look, try a permanent pen. Yes, a permanent pen! Simply use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to erase. For more stubborn pen, dip a cotton swab in a drop of nail polish remover to get your tag or photo mat to look like new. It's so great to be able to give a gift card and then encourage your friend to erase the note and use it again. It's a gift in itself!

How are your products reversible? Our photo mats and tags have a pattern on the front side and a coordinating pattern on the back side. It's like getting two products in one.

Is Any Random Jane green? Indeed! Not only are our photo mats, tags and place cards made from 30% Post Consumer Waste, but they're reusable so you never need to throw them out. We think that's pretty green and eco-friendly.

Are your products made in the USA? Absolutely! Our entire line of laminated goods is designed and produced right here in our home state of Connecticut. We feel lucky that all of our business partners are close by.

Do your TAG Kits come in single color packs? Not yet. For now, we offer them in an assorted 12-pack, with one of each color in the pack. But keep checking back.

What if I use a permanent pen on my Any Random Jane products? Don't worry. Just use some rubbing alcohol and cotton to remove the ink and then start over. For more stubborn stains, a drop of nail polish remover on a cotton swab will do the trick.

How do I get my favorite store to carry your products? We love that you want to see us in your town. Tell the store about us. Or better yet - tell us about your favorite store and we'll let them know you asked us to reach out.

How much does shipping cost? For our retail and wholesale customers, we use UPS Ground and the United States Post Office. Based on your order size and requested shipping method, prices will vary. Please check the Shipping section when you check out.

How soon will I receive my order? For our items that are in stock, we will make every effort to have them shipped within 3 business days of receipt, Monday - Friday. Our Wall Art is produced in smaller quantities so if we run out of a design, we ask you to give us two weeks to get your wall art to you. If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise on when it will become available. Please note however that during our busy seasons, orders can take slightly longer. We make every effort to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! Expedited shipping is also available for an extra charge.

Do you offer custom wall art? We are in the works to provide custom options of our wall art, with the letters of your child highlighted within a poem or phrase. But we're still working on it. Let us know what you're thinking of and we will let you know if we can make it happen. There will be a surcharge for custom items.
